Long Time No Post

So I don't know what is so hard about posting some updates every now and again, but seriously I stink at this blogging thing. Alli was ten months the last time I posted and now she is fourteen months, She is growing up so fast and is filled with lots of spit and vinegar. She is a pretty good girl but very stubborn(she gets that from her dad) She started walking just before she turned thirteen months old. This last week she finally said mom. Yay for me. It took her forever to say that. She would say dad,da da, daddy, duck, pretty much anything but mom. I was one proud mama when she finally said mom. Now she won't stop saying it when she wants something. (I think a few people warned me about that) So that is our life lately not a whole lot, we went camping in the snow on Memorial weekend. (more to come on that) I just wanted to post a few pics that my awesome babysitter Mekala took of Alli. Seriously they look professional. She did a good job with them. Oh and I am finally working day shift now. Yay no more night shift for me, I am finally starting to feel somewhat like a normal human being. Enjoy the pics

10 Months Old and I have created a Monster!!!

This baby girl of mine is ten months old. To celebrate we went to the wonderful world of wal-mart. Ok that is not how we celebrate but I had to go get a couple of things. So we were going down an isle that had clearance toys. I grabbed one for Alli just to see how she would react. There was my first mistake. I let her play with it for a minute and she loved it, but then I told her that I was going to take it away so I grabbed it from her. She threw the biggest fit. Yeah ten months old and she was acting like a toddler with terible twos!!!! I couldn't help but laugh. So to remember the moment I grabbed my camera and replayed the whole scenario so you can see it in pictures. The first is all happy with the toy, then the tantrum, and then the toy not even two seconds after she cried big ol tears. She may have ended up with the toy that day, (not that it will ever work again, but you do have to say she is pretty good at working the system.) I don't know if you will find it funny, but it sure made my day!!!

Have I told you how much I love this girl? She makes me smile all day everyday. She is such a great baby. Yes she has her moments, especially from 6:30 to 8:00 at night. She has been rolling over for quite a while now, and sits up really well. We are still working on the crawling thing. She really scoots those legs. but I think she gets high centered on her belly. She is such a joy to have around and we really do love her. She totally has her daddy wrapped around her little finger. Here are some recent pictures of her. Enjoy!

I just love this girl This picture is from when she was four months and now she is already over 6 months old. I don't know where the time goes, but my baby is growing up so fast. I will try to get some more recent pictures up soon.

Balanced Rock Picnic

Saturday Alli and I went to Balanced Rock with my mom and our friend Sandy. I have lived in the Magic Valley my whole life and I have never been there. We went and had a picnic and checked out the rock. It was a lot of fun. Here are some pictures from the day.

Wow Time Flies

Time is just flying by. My little girl is already over four months old. She had an appointment the other day and was almost 15 pounds and 24 1/2 inches long. She is in the 50th percentile for heighth and the 75th percentile for weight. She is just one chubby little girl. She is so much fun. She is just like her mom and talks all day long. It is just hilarious. She is a pretty content little kid and only gets mad when she is really hungry or really tired and fights going to sleep. Here are some pictures of her.

2 Months Old

Today Alli is two months old! I can't believe how fast the time has already gone. She is such a fun girl and is developing a personality more and more each day. She loves it when we talk to her and coo at her. She loves to coo back. She smiles lots, and is usually pretty happy. She is around 10 oe 11 pounds, but I will get the official stats at her two month appointment. She is becoming more and more alert everyday and loves looking around at her surroundings. Her favorite thing to do is sit in her bouncer chair on the table and talk to and watch mom do things. She can also look outside from that chair. She is such a precious girl and we are so lucky to have her in our family.
