Have I told you how much I love this girl? She makes me smile all day everyday. She is such a great baby. Yes she has her moments, especially from 6:30 to 8:00 at night. She has been rolling over for quite a while now, and sits up really well. We are still working on the crawling thing. She really scoots those legs. but I think she gets high centered on her belly. She is such a joy to have around and we really do love her. She totally has her daddy wrapped around her little finger. Here are some recent pictures of her. Enjoy!

Balanced Rock Picnic
Saturday Alli and I went to Balanced Rock with my mom and our friend Sandy. I have lived in the Magic Valley my whole life and I have never been there. We went and had a picnic and checked out the rock. It was a lot of fun. Here are some pictures from the day.

Here is Balanced Rock, the base of the rock is 17 inches.
Wow Time Flies
Time is just flying by. My little girl is already over four months old. She had an appointment the other day and was almost 15 pounds and 24 1/2 inches long. She is in the 50th percentile for heighth and the 75th percentile for weight. She is just one chubby little girl. She is so much fun. She is just like her mom and talks all day long. It is just hilarious. She is a pretty content little kid and only gets mad when she is really hungry or really tired and fights going to sleep. Here are some pictures of her.

2 Months Old
Today Alli is two months old! I can't believe how fast the time has already gone. She is such a fun girl and is developing a personality more and more each day. She loves it when we talk to her and coo at her. She loves to coo back. She smiles lots, and is usually pretty happy. She is around 10 oe 11 pounds, but I will get the official stats at her two month appointment. She is becoming more and more alert everyday and loves looking around at her surroundings. Her favorite thing to do is sit in her bouncer chair on the table and talk to and watch mom do things. She can also look outside from that chair. She is such a precious girl and we are so lucky to have her in our family.

Update
My little Alli girl is 7 weeks old today. Time is just going by way to fast. The other day I went to put pajamas on Alli and they were too small. I think I was a little bit in denial because I still put newborn pajamas on her the next night. Micah goes on to say to me, I thought you were going to put her newborn clothes away. I said I am but I can't stand the fact that my first baby is already out of her newborn clothes. Micah proceeds to tell me "it is just her newborn clothes, what will get me is when she goes to get a drivers license." I thought this was funny, but seriously she is growing so fast. Before I know some boy (and let me tell you he will have to be some great man) will be at our house trying to get permission to marry my little girl. Well enough of that rant. Alli has been smiling a lot more lately. It is so fun to get her to get a big ol grin on her face when daddy and mommy talk to her. She is already a little talker and coos and talks back to us. She is a pretty content baby unless she really needs something like food or a diaper change. She doesn't quite sleep through the night yet, but only wakes up once, which I think is pretty good. All in all she is a very patient baby whose personality is already starting to show. I think she is going to be a funny little girl. I will have to get some video of the funny things she does. Here are some pictures from this week.
This picture just cracks me up. She is such a funny little girl. I just love her!

Happy Mothers Day!
Happy Mothers day to the best Moms in the world!
To the greatest mother and friend. My mom does so much for me. I don't know what I would do without her. We can laugh about anything, and then cry about anything too. She is always there to wipe away my tears. If I am having a bad day I don't even have to tell her she already knows is my best friend and I can tell her anything. She is also a very good grandma to Alli. Thank you mom for everything. Thanks for being my shopping buddy and for all the little things you are constantly doing for me. I love and appreciate you more than you will ever know.
To my mother-in-law: It seems like a lot of people like to think of the in laws as outlaws. I don't think this for one minute about my mother-in-law. She truly is a neat lady. I look up to her and hope to be as good of a woman as she is. She raised a great son, and to her I am eternally grateful for that. I love the way she adores her grandchildren so much. Everytime I see her with Alli I know she loves her. Thank you for putting up with me and making me feel so much like a part of your family. I love you.
