Wow...It has been a while!

A lot has happened since I last posted. Here is the rundown:

-Micah shot a huge bear.

-I graduted college and I passed my boards. I am working at the Jerome Hospital as an RN

-A whole summer has come and left me

-We have been trying to get a house built for the past 6 months now. One thing I have learned: The bank will do whatever it takes to delay this process. Including getting your hopes up that we can start building in the next week, times 4000000000 weeks. It has been such a headache, and I am proud to say that today they start our house. I will get some pictures up.

-I guess that the biggest change for us is the fact that I AM HAVING A BABY!!!!!! I am 14 weeks along and am due March 26th. We are both so excited. I have been pretty sick, but hopefully getting over that. I am just grateful to be able to start a family. I got to hear the heartbeat at work the other day, and that was totally cool. I just think the whole thing of growing a human inside of you is kind of strange, but REALLY cool at the same time.

-I will try to update more on the prego lady (ME), and I will post pictures from progress of our house. Life is great!

Two Years Ago...

Where has the time gone? Two years ago today Micah and I were married. It has gone by so fast. It has been a good two years. I have been able to get my nursing degree and Micah has been able to use his degree as a teacher. It has been a good ride, and I hope for many more good years to come. I must also mention the sweet thoughtfulness of my husband. We decided we weren't going to get each other anything and low and behold what a man, he came home with this....

I know what you are thinking. A luggable loo, really? That's right, my husband got me a toliet. I couldn't have asked for anything more. (hint of sarcasm.) But really I did want this for camping, I won't have to go out in the dark at night to go to the bathroom. Such a thoughtful man. Now if that isn't true love I don't know what is!!! Happy Anniversary Micah! I love you! Oh yeah I should mention that he did put some flowers in the toilet for me!

Our new addition (Five months ago)

So for Christmas I got a bird dog for Micah. He then thought that the dog needed a buddy so we got a golden retriever. Well my brother's dog got ran over so we gave the golden retriever to him. So then Micah thought he should look for another dog. So he found one for free and we now have two dogs again, and he just built a fence in the yard so they are no longer in a kennel. He loves being able to go out and play with his dogs and train them. So anyway I am just posting some pictures of our dogs. I am not going to lie, they are pretty cute dogs. Oh yeah I only have 19 days until I graduate nursing school. YAY

Did I mention that I just love this man. He is so amazing. I just really like this picture from our wedding day. I can't believe it has already almost been two years.

Meet my brother Spencer. He is totally awesome and is very smart. He is so easy to get along with and is the best uncle. When my nieces and nephew iare here he always calls them up and invites them to the merc for luch and to get some ice cream. He just rocks. This is a picture from our Yellowstone trip last summer. Fishing.....

When I first got married Micah made me take hunters safety. He basically signed me up without getting my approval. So I did it, and went hunting, but then he also wanted me to go fishing. Needless to say I have been fishing more in the past year than I had in my entire life. I will admit it is kind of addicting, but when I don't get one I get very impatient. So here is a picture of my success one day. (Micah may have helped when my patience wore down.)

What to Post???

I don't know what to post about but my blog is in definite need of an update. A lot has been going on lately. I just finished up the third semester of the nursing program and will start the last semester in January. I am so excited to finally be a nurse. Micah has just been busy with hunting and school. He loves to find an excuse to go hunting all of the time. I really don't mind. I told him he can't be that free when we have kids so enjoy it now. We did our annual Christmas tree hunt. Our blog picture is the only one that we took.
This past Thanksgiving my only grandparent left passed away. It was my grandpa, he was 95 years old. He was such a good man and I will miss him, but am very happy that he could be with my grandma after five years of being alone. We were also able to spend time with all of Micah's family over Thanksgiving. It was so much fun. I really enjoy his family.
I am grateful for this Chirstmas season and the birth of our Savior. It is such a fun time of year and a good time to remind us of all the great things we have in our lives.
